steamed egg

tips:

  • mix hot water to eggs before popping into steamer
  • use some oil to get better texture
  • should not need to cook too long
  • cook similar to creme brulee but with steam...same as dun dan
  • about 1 cup water to 1 egg...seemed little runny so maybe 2/3 cup water to 1 egg?
