Vietnamese Basic - Garlic, oil, fish sauce

good starter sauce for stirfry, soup, anything
oil
a. (optional chilies)
minced garlic
cook 30 sec til fragrant
half cup fish sauce
reduce to half and start stirfry with meats, veggie, etc...
